A Unique Collaboration of Consumer Protection Law Firms
Two leading East Coast consumer protection law firms created the strategic alliance known as Maryland Fair Credit Lawyer.com. Their mission is to protect consumers’ rights and challenge the corporations that violate federal and state consumer protection laws.
Working together, the independent law firms of Bienstock, PLLC and Schlanger Law Group, LLP combine decades of experience, resources, and legal knowledge. This joint project fights for justice for victims of identity theft and credit reporting errors in individual and class action matters.
Meet the Lead Participating Attorneys
Martin Beinstock
As the Managing Partner of Bienstock PLLC, a boutique civil litigation firm, Martin Bienstock is committed to the aggressive, strategic, and effective pursuit of justice for his clients. To expand his consumer protection practice, his firm joined forces with Schlanger Law Group, LLP to create Maryland Fair Credit Lawyer.com and serve even more clients on the East Coast and nationwide.
After Attorney Bienstock graduated from Brooklyn College and then Yale Law School, he entered public service as an Assistant State Attorney General. In that role, he successfully prosecuted some of the largest cases in New York State. Now in private practice, he focuses on protecting consumers’ rights.
Using shrewd intellect and creative strategies, Marty Bienstock has earned a reputation as a top-notch legal advocate.
Daniel Schlanger
Daniel Schlanger founded Schlanger Law Group, LLP in 2007. As Managing Partner, he has devoted his legal career to leading a team of dedicated consumer protection professionals. After graduating from Carleton College and Harvard Law School, Dan joined the Consumer Law Unit in the Legal Aid Society of Cleveland.
In collaboration with Attorney Bienstock, Dan provides exceptional legal advocacy as part of Maryland Fair Credit Lawyers.com.
Attorney Schlanger is passionate about protecting victims of identity theft, credit reporting errors, and other consumer law violations in both individual and class action matters.
